Management Team
. Rowland has dedicated his
life to information technology. Rowland completed his BSEE in Santa Clara, CA with an emphasis on microprocessor
technology and began his career in Silicon Valley with such industry giants as Apple Computers and WYSE
Technologies. Since then, Rowland has founded and operated several companies. In 1990 Rowland formed CompuSolve,
a computer networking consultancy in San Jose, CA and then opened its sister company in Honolulu, Hawaii,
Up-N-Running. In 1993 Rowland was founder and Cheif Editor of the first high tech newsmagazine for Hawaii and
the Pacific Rim, PC Currents. Rowland emerged as an e-commerce visionary in 1995, at the age of 29, when he conceived
and began development of one of the first international internet storefront solutions in the world, selling over
10,000 licenses for what is now known as ecMerchant.
. Mr. Fine began his career in Silicon Valley,
California in consumer electronics sales and management, eventually opening multiple retail businesses which were
all acquired. Upon the emergence of the internet, Fine transitioned into sales management of enterprise-wide wireless network
services where he also played an instrumental role in wireless network network engineering.
. Mantos comes to ecWare
with over 14 years of banking sales and management experience in Boston, MA. Mantos achieved and maintained record sales for large banking
institutions such as Digital Credit Union (DCU) and has extensive experience working with merchants,
credit card issuers, and merchant accounts service providers.
. Bowman has worked as a change agent in various aspects
of the Financial Services and Software Development Industries for in excess of 20 years. In this capacity, Bowman has
worked with 30 plus firms in 21 different countires. From back room operations in a check-clearing department to
bank-wide technology integration projects, Bowman has experience with the corporate, retail, accounting and finance,
treasury, originations, servicing, operations (wide ranging), securities, trade finance, call center and technology
aspects of a large number of institutions.
